Everything you need to know about overnight care
We understand plans can change! Here's how our policy works to keep things fair for everyone:
• Canceling with 72+ hours notice
Your 25% deposit stays in your account as a credit for future overnight stays with your pup's favorite pack leaders.
• Last-minute changes (less than 72 hours)
We retain 50% of the service cost since we've reserved this special time just for your pup.
• Early returns
If you need to shorten your pup's stay halfway through, we'll only charge 50% of the remaining booked nights.
Note: Overnight stay credits can't be applied to training or pack walks - they're exclusively for future sleepovers with us!
Because trust and familiarity matter. Your dog already knows and loves their pack leaders, making their stay feel like a sleepover with friends.
Never. They'll be with pack leaders they already know and love, following their familiar routine, bringing them on pack walks and showering with plenty of attention and cuddles.
We send regular photo updates of their adventures, peaceful naps, and happy moments throughout their stay.
During the week, join on daily pack walks and then snuggles at home. Over the weekend, our staff would care for them as they would their own pup, taking them with to coffee shops, on walks, etc.
You will receive daily updates with pictures and you can always check in through the app and a pack leader will respond when they are available.
